Yes. You may build your grocery list through the online store checkout process without entering payment information.
This allows you to:
• Organize your shopping list
• Review estimated totals
• Share your list with others
• Plan future delivery
Scheduling and payment are only required when you are ready to reserve a delivery window.
When you schedule delivery, an initial payment equal to 80% of your estimated total is required to begin shopping.
Your estimated total includes:
• Costco in-store grocery pricing
• 16% standard service fee
• 14% for orders $300+
• $20 flat Salt Lake delivery fee
A 3% card processing fee applies to each transaction.
After shopping is completed, you will receive a final invoice reflecting actual in-store pricing (including applicable sales tax). Delivery is released once the remaining balance is paid.
Orders must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Orders may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery window, provided shopping has not yet begun.
Shopping typically occurs within 24 hours of delivery to maintain freshness and scheduling efficiency.
If cancellation occurs before shopping begins:
• The grocery deposit will be refunded.
• The 3% card processing fee is non-refundable.
Once shopping has begun:
• The 18% service fee is non-refundable.
• The $20 delivery fee may be applied toward a future delivery if rescheduled within 7 days.
• Non-perishable items may be returned according to Costco policy.
• Refrigerated or perishable items that cannot be returned in resellable condition may not be eligible for refund.
• If a return trip to Costco is required due to cancellation or non-payment, a Return Handling Fee may apply.
Delivery is released once final payment is received. Approved refunds are processed promptly. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.

All pricing remains based on real in-store Costco totals, plus applicable service and delivery fees.

If an order cannot be delivered due to non-payment, it may be subject to cancellation. In this case, your deposit may be applied toward restocking time, return trips, and any non-returnable items, including refrigerated or perishable goods that cannot be returned to Costco.
Additional fees may apply if significant time is required to process returns or manage order reallocation.
Yes, within scheduled windows, with receiving and cold-chain requirements; recommend the insulated bag rotation program; no heated items; no unattended drop-offs.
